Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive an email with a secure web link to pay the deposit online by credit card. The deposit will be equal to the cost of one night's stay.

 

 

The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Our hotel offers the option of using the deposit credit as a discount on a stay by the end of the same season, without the possibility of recovering the deposit in subsequent years.

The deposit offers guests the certainty of finding their room during a period of high demand. It also secures the price, which could rise significantly as the date approaches.

In the event of a complete no-show, a penalty equal to the TOTAL of the booked stay (100%) will be due.


Bookings by email cost €20 more for administrative fees and handling.

Please note that the reception for CHECK-IN and any assistance is located at Hotel ALDEBARAN - 90 Meters away - (via Dandolo n 12-tel. +39 0421 371075).

City tax not included will be to be payd in cash upon arrival (€ 1,60 per person and per day from 10 years old and with a max of 10 nights).

We would kindly ask to our Guests to arrive to the hotel after 10:00-11:00. We shall give you the room keys as soon as the room is ready, yet it should be considered that the previous Guests would leave it between 10:00-11:00. Afterwards, the maid service take care of cleaning the room carefully. Some rooms may not be ready before 14:00, which is our official check-in time. Feel free to arrive in the morning and put on your best bathing suits and enjoy the sun and the seaside!

PARKING: When booking a minimum of 3 nights through our reservations office (email/phone) or on this website (our official website: www.lamaisonhotel.it), parking is INCLUDED in the price. It cannot be reserved and is subject to availability upon arrival.

PARKING is never included on booking.com or Expedia.

For stays of less than 3 nights, parking costs €10.00/day. Other parking options, some free, are available nearby.

EQUIPPED BEACH: When booking at least 3 nights through our reservations office (email/phone) or on this website (our official website: www.lamaisonhotel.it) beach spot is INCLUDED and can be used for a number of days equal to the number of nights booked. It includes one beach umbrella and two lounge chairs per room (including multi-bed rooms). Additional beach days can be purchased at reception, subject to availability.

BEACH SPOT is never included when booking on booking.com or Expedia.

For stays of less than 3 nights, the service can be purchased at reception (subject to availability, at the prices applied by the manager awarded the state concession, which vary depending on the season and distance from the sea).

​LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability) : On the day of your departure, take it easy!  By paying an additional 30% to the cost of your room, you can keep the room until 15:00 (instead of 10:00). The extra amounts to 50% of the price of the room in case you wish to stay until evening (19:00). You can depart with all calm after a nap or a shower, just ask us!

REFRIGERATOR: most of the rooms are equipped with mini fridge. If necessary, make us a specific request.

​

PETS: Our hotel accepts that Guests bring their DOG or CAT (or other pets) with them. For their stay there is a small supplement of € 10/ day. We would ask, if it were possible, to avoid leaving them unattended in the rooms and this above all to allow the service staff to carry out their activities properly.
Be careful, however, that animals, by order of the Port Authority of Venice, are not allowed on the equipped beach (...between umbrellas and sunbeds, to be clear!!) and in any case are subject to strict restrictions that do not depend on the will of the hotel (which also accepts their stay...). We therefore ask you to understand this particular situation in advance.

We would like to point out that at the lighthouse beach, the last part of the coastline located at about one kilometer away from our hotel, there is one of the free beaches where animals are allowed.

PAYMENTS:  We accept payments with  VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards, cash (within the limits of the law). We do not accept payments by check.

HOW TO REACH US BY TRAIN OR BUS : To get to our hotel by TRAIN, you should stop at Mestre FFSS train station (35 km away) or at San Donà di Piave-Jesolo train station (22 km). You should then take a BUS to Lido di Jesolo bus station, and from there you have bus n. 3. Our stop in stop  35  near Piazza Nember, WEST side of the littoral. The leg takes only 10 minutes!


NEED A TAXI TRANSFER?  : Our hotel do not provide airport transfer services but you are pleased to contact the taxi company writing to the following mail address : radiotaxijesolo@gmail.com  
They will be happy and ready to help you in this matter.

HOW TO REACH VENICE : Just outside the hotel you can buy a ticket (bus + boat / round trip at about € 20.50 per person) and take a bus that in about 20 minutes reaches PUNTA SABBIONI where (from 6:00 in the morning to about 12 in the night / every 30 minutes) it is possible to take a motorboat to get to Venice (from there in about 40 minutes) through the lagoon.
